It's not like your A/C unit breaks all the time and you already know all the great repair and service firms. So, I looked up their reviews and the competition and saw similar reviews. What separated this company was their BBB A+ rating and I could see why in the technician that came to my house. David, asked me the right questions, understood that I knew what the cause was and I wanted a solution. Dave was about to tell me several options they provide, and I told him just give me the right solution, so I don't have this problem again.
