Wayne's Carpet & Oak Flooring received outstanding reviews for their flooring services. Chip and Gary took amazing care of customers when replacing 3,000 sq ft of flooring in an older home, going above and beyond to assist with flooding and slab issues. Customers were impressed with their clear communication and honesty, and had much more confidence in Chip and his team. The crew was easy to work with and did an outstanding job that enhanced homes, installing carpet in staircases and laminate in closets. The whole experience was wonderful, from choice of carpet to installation, with the team arriving when they said they would and being very quick and efficient. They happily drove 2-1/2 hours each way to install new carpet, doing an absolutely perfect job in every way, with the guys being fast, clean, and perfectionist about the installation. Customers were very pleased with the entire process, from carpet selection to order updates and especially installation. The great service and installation is worth sharing with others, and reviewers would highly recommend this company to anyone needing flooring.
Our experience with Chip was excellent. He explained all the available flooring options and the tradeoffs with each. He definitely knows his stuff. Everything was ordered and fabricated without any hassle. He was very accommodating of our schedule and the crew got the upstairs floors and the stairs/landing/runner installed in just about a week. Chip would check in periodically to ensure I knew exactly what the plan was. We're very satisfied with the experience and end result and would definitely recommend.
Chip and Gary took amazing care of us when we needed to replace all 3,000 sq ft of flooring in an older home. We are so, so happy and we’d recommend this company to anyone needing flooring. We shopped around for months and actually backed out of a contract with Floors For Living because we had much more confidence in Chip and his team. We were particularly impressed with Chip and Gary’s clear communication and honesty. No regrets.
