I had such a great experience at this office from start to finish. The front desk ladies were so welcoming, friendly, and helpful, which made me feel comfortable the moment I walked in. Her assistant was kind, professional, and very attentive throughout the visit. The doctor herself is amazing! Very thorough, knowledgeable, patient, personable and genuinely caring. She took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel like my concerns truly mattered, not to mention my wait time was literally less than a minute before the doctor came in! It's easy for me to make an appointment and I am always seen quickly. Everyone who works there is very friendly and Dr. Tran has been taking great care of my eyes for several years now. My only complaint (nothing to do with the office) is that sometimes parking can be tough in the Heights Mercantile area, so keep that in mind if you are running late for an appointment.
