We had a rodent problem in our attic and Chris, Robert and Chuck did an excellent job to rid us of the rodent.Kelton Harris is almost like family here in our home. When he was here on July 12th for our quarter Extermination service he asked about our black miniature dachshund that recently died and wished us his condolences. I also was visiting my daughter on Summer Anne Dr. in Humble while Kelton was across the street unloading his equipment and he shouted out Hi Russ. Arrow got the critters out of our attic as soon as we called them, and as we have continued to use them, we are not even having any bugs in the house. And every person we have dealt with at Arrow has been terrific.

Nearly everyone I have dealt with at Arrow has been friendly and accommodating. I never feel like I'm being upsold, and I've even had technicians make suggestions on how to minimize bugs on our own between visits. I've been with Arrow since I first bought my house, and I don't see any reason to change.Services: General pest inspection
