I called Bruce on Saturday night and received a call early Sunday morning from his son, apologizing that Bruce was sick and wasn’t able to respond to me right away. We set an appointment for Monday morning and John showed up as promised. He had diagnosed the problem from my explanation of what was happening while over the phone, and came prepared with equipment necessary in case his diagnosis turned out to be wrong. He was right, and it was a simple fix. He was prompt, professional and honest, which is key when dealing with such a blind item.

Brian showed up on an after hours call and gave recommendations rather than upsells and got us taken care of. He was transparent and helpful. Second time using Anytime and I highly recommend them.
If there would be 10 stars Bruce would get 10 stars. He takes care of his customers like they are his Family. He was at my house within 1 hour of my phone call which was after hours. He researched the unit warranty for me to find out that the home builder had never registered the unit. His team was at my door at 8:45 the next morning with everything needed to take care of my air conditioning needs. He's honest and the pricing was definitely lower than other companies that you see commercials for on TV!!
