I want to thank Kim and Tim Newton / Air-Ton for taking my call while they were on vacation. Who does this? Well, I will explain: it's the ones who care and aren't just taking your money! I was concerned about an emergency: my daughter, son, and son-in-law were in the heat; I was 12 hours away, their AC was out, and you can't trust anyone with your home but this company. These guys set the appointment from out of the country, had someone at my daughter's home in about 10 hours, were truthful and honest, and it was extremely fair; they made us feel less stressed and more at ease spending our money! The deal is done; we were given options and chose to replace rather than start the journey of pouring money into a sinking ship. OK guys, I never do reviews, but when you get service like this, you just gotta tell everyone. So I highly recommend them; they are truly amazing. If you have a problem with your cooling or heating, system get them on it, and 0% for 72 months who can pass that up! :) Stay Blessed and Comfortable.
