A group of friends and I chose this as a new experience and to rate its level of fitness. Neither disappointed. It was a wonderful experience, new, and fun. It was actually more challenging than we anticipated being that you must rely on your own body’s strength and agility. The instructor did a great job with explicitly modeling and guiding. It made us more comfortable with taking “risks”, safe risks, that is. We would definitely do it again.
The instructor, Nicole, is a great teacher overall. However, I feel like it was more of an advanced beginner class rather than true beginner. I know there's a learning curve with any new things so I can't place blame. Also, the studio is in a small shed in a backyard.
My daughter and husband went this past weekend for her birthday and they have been raving about how much better they felt. They walked out looking so relaxed and light. I am so excited to come do it as well. We will bring the whole family. Thank you, Nicole, for the amazing vibes and your patience and I look forward to the next session.
