“Went to paws and claws to have my bearded dragon looked at. Their prices are outrageous and the vet didn’t even greet me when she came in nor did she really explain anything to me. Came here to clear creek forest and was able to get all the stuff done for my beardie for a way more reasonable price and exceptional care! The vet showed me her X-rays and explained everything to me and was very accommodating! I will definitely use this vet for future visits!”
“They were very helpful and patient with me over the phone, as it was my very first time placing an appointment and I had a lot of (what seemed to me) stupid questions, but the front desk staff took their time and were so sweet when answering me!! I appreciate the 10% discount for new customers, I wasn't sure what to expect with the price, I have a 6 month old stray cat who I took in and wanted to get him neutered and have him vaxxed! Very clear beforehand and after procedure care instructions. They handled my cat Nemo with absolute love and care and even followed through with my request to preserve his testes as a momento. Amazing work and awesome people!”
“I am new to the Hockley area and was looking for a vet clinic for my dog, and I’m so glad I found this one! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The clinic has such a cozy, clean, and homey atmosphere, which made the experience feel very comfortable.
I especially want to commend Lexi, the vet technician, for being so incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. She made me feel heard and comfortable, and she was so gentle and caring with my dog. Her kindness truly made a difference in my experience and is something I really appreciated.
Dr. Singh was also very thorough, informative. Overall, I was genuinely impressed with the care we received and will definitely be returning. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a caring and welcoming veterinary team!”
