They were very helpful and patient with me over the phone, as it was my very first time placing an appointment and I had a lot of (what seemed to me) stupid questions, but the front desk staff took their time and were so sweet when answering me!! I appreciate the 10% discount for new customers, I wasn't sure what to expect with the price, I have a 6 month old stray cat who I took in and wanted to get him neutered and have him vaxxed! Very clear beforehand and after procedure care instructions. They handled my cat Nemo with absolute love and care and even followed through with my request to preserve his testes as a momento. We had a wonderful experience at Neighborhood Veterinary Centers for our rescue dog’s nail trim! Our big boy absolutely hates having his nails trimmed at home, so we were a little nervous about how it would go. But he had absolutely no problem with it at the vet!
Amber, the nail tech, was incredibly patient and gentle. She took her time and made sure he felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire process. It meant so much to see our anxious pup handled with such care and compassion.
