The ashes had accidentally spilled out of the urns and gotten wet, and l was beside myself thinking there was no way we could not restore them. I reached out to this funeral home and Debra compassionately listened to my situation, then contacted the gentleman who may be able to help to us. I was overjoyed beyond belief that he was willing to try to save the day. I dropped off the cremains and new urn and within a week our family was back home with us. We treated with such dignity and grace. They will never know the magnitude of how giving us the opportunity to rebury our loved ones in a perfect state means to us. They took a tragic situation and erased it completely from our minds. We are indebted to them forever. Their class and professionalism is unmatched.“
