“I am a member of this karate group for five years. I started coming hire and practice with my 10 years old son . In the meantime, he transition to a different sport, but I continued.
I enjoy this sport very much. Sensei Jenifer is a great coach, motivating and always positive and encouraging. She's a great leader, strict, but always fair and kind. We always learn new skills and keep improving.
Our group consist of individuals of variety of age from 5 to 60. More experienced members teach and motivate others who are just starting with Karate.
Apart from learning karate technique, we also practice cardio and stretching to gain overall athletic competency.

“Kajukenbo at Decisive Defense Academy is one of the best things we have ever done for our family. We no longer live in the area, but if we did, we would be there as often as possible. Sifu speaks life and encouragement into each child and truly cares about their development. We started when my son was diagnosed with developmental coordination disorder, and Sifu cared so much about his progress and accomplishments. He would get just as excited as we did. “Switched my kid from reddings MMAto ATA and the classes are smaller and the building is much bigger with more tools and one on one instruction. Not ragging on Redding but He now enjoys going to martial arts and looks forward to training with the instructors. I even showed up late on a Saturday and they still offered to still do training even after they were done for the day.“
