Great place for both children and adults. Classes have helped with my focus and confidence. I'd recommend to anyone looking to learn self defense or get in shape. Tery & Kimberly are the best!

My daughter has been coming here for quite some time, and her level of self-confidence and skill has increased tremendously. The other students, her age have become close friends and the facility lends a sense of togetherness. The staff is great, and we anticipate coming here for years to come.

Proud owner Tery Corkran is a 6th Degree Black Belt in Jiu-Jitsu who has been teaching the very best Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for over 25 years in Flower Mound, Texas. Our youngest students begin training at 3.5 years old. With children, we teach focus, self-respect and confidence, as well as how to be bullyproof. On top of this, we offer teen and adult classes where we explore a whole new world of fitness and the art of self-defense. We give everyone an opportunity to enjoy a free class at all levels.
