He also found a loose electrical connection near the outdoor unit and corrected it. Before leaving, he showed me how to properly operate the mini-split using the remote control and made sure the system was working correctly. I really appreciated his attention to detail and the time he took to explain everything. Excellent service!“

“I've had 4 different companies come by to fix my a/c problems and have spent hundreds of dollars only to continue to have issues. At this point I was desperate for answers. The guys at Jl Cooling came by and went above and beyond to check everything right even crawling into a small air return space to find a huge section of sheetrock that was left uncovered by the home builder that was adding to the problem.
