Edward checked everything and explained what needed to be cleaned and what needed to be replaced. Showed me my options and let me decide what I wanted to do next. Seemed to work in a professional manner.

Hector arrived to locate the reason for power loss to my air conditioning unit. Hector called before arrival with an accurate eta before arriving to my home.
After arrival, I walked Hector to the location of the air handler and thermostat and told Hector what symptoms had taken place.
Hector proceeded up to the attic and within a few minutes discovered the cause for the lack of power to the thermostat. Hector corrected the problem and the cool air began flowing throughout the house.
Hector cleaned up and then finished his work by checking the outside condensing unit.
