He thoroughly troubleshot my mini-split system, reset the unit, checked the electrical connections, and checked the pressure in the refrigerant lines. He also found a loose electrical connection near the outdoor unit and corrected it. Before leaving, he showed me how to properly operate the mini-split using the remote control and made sure the system was working correctly. I really appreciated his attention to detail and the time he took to explain everything. Excellent service!“
