“About a year ago, I had 1 room with carpet steam cleaned and deodorized by a big name carpet cleaning company. They were expensive and the quality of work was average. When I needed this carpet cleaned again, I decided to give a small business a shot and do my entire home. Trusting the 5 star reviews Steam Solutions had, I sent a text for a quote and within minutes received a response. This company was better priced and responsive so I scheduled the appointment. The customer service and quality of work was impeccable! Stains I didn't expect to come out are gone. Gabriel advised that it was possible the stain might appear again once it dried, but nope! A month later, my carpet still looks fresh and clean. He showed up on time, was very accommodating, helped move furniture at no extra charge, even left shoe covers for us to keep! “Based of great reviews, we used heaven's best to clean our stinky area rug. We have 3 doggies, and have had some fosters along the way so the rug was extra stinky. There was a few stains as well thay i didnt mind, just wanted the odor addressed They did great, I love that they pick up and drop off the rug and it came back odor free and the stains were gone as well!Thank you so much. “I’ve used Defy for multiple jobs! It started because another cleaning company who was suppose to do my grand opening cleaning couldn’t do the job effectively. Defy came in within HOURS of my opening and did everything (5071 so ft)! They saved the day for sure! “Had SOE Services conduct a cleaning and inspection of our air ducts, HVAC, and chimney. Unfortunately l, the technicians discovered mold in our plenum. He worked with us in treating the mold and setting up UV lights. Was very flexible and gave us a great deal. They also discovered our fireplace was unusable due to multiple cracks and holes. They were able to fix everything and have us satisfied in 2 hours. Great work“
