Joseph and Eugene at Chem-Dry San Antonio were very efficient and did a great job with our carpet cleaning! Eugene was responsive and thorough when getting us scheduled, and they were able to get to our services very quickly too.
Joseph showed up on the scheduled day, and did a walkthrough and assessment of the areas before treating. We had some pungent pet urine on the upstairs carpet, in which I had tried steam cleaning myself with no luck. Joseph used a black light to find the exact spot, and had to treat it a couple times, but now it’s fresh and clean. Everything smells great! Thank you, Chem-Dry!
Michael did an excellent job on my husbands Lazy Boy recliner. It was extremely dirty. He was very thorough & efficient. Also very pleasant & polite. In fact I called the Lazy Boy store wondering if they offered a service. They said they refer everyone to Chem Dry. I’ve used them in the past when we had carpet because they could get all the pet urine up. They’d black light it before & after. I had them come about 2 months later to black light it to make certain. They found 1 spot & immediately was ready to rectify the issue. I told them no, a dog had recently had an accident there but I wanted to see if they found any old spots. That is the ONLY one that showed up....read full review
