‘Tis the season for dark hair! I decided to give this place a go- specifically one particular stylist, after seeing her work on the good ‘ol Instagram. I had my appointment with my newly darkened hair. After living with it for a day I was sad I had lost the dimension in my hair and my face-framing lighter pieces. I reached out to them and I was in them hair the next day to get it fixed! They were SO pleasant and kind, and really listened to me. In these situations if you approach with kindness, it will likely be reciprocated. I learned that it’s OK to say something if you are unhappy (which is SO hard for me). Alicia is my go to hair god!! Love her and she gets me in and out fast too which is great. The other salon staff is super nice and friendly and I love going there everytime. Ask for Alicia!

I got my perm done six months ago here and it went super well the whole experience was wonderful. I am going back again since it’s already been six months and I will get another perm.Service: Perms
