My daughter went in, the work was not done well from the start — highlights were uneven, brassy, and not the color she asked for. Despite tipping generously in good faith that the stylist would make it right, Savannah canceled her follow-up appointment at the last minute and refused to fix her mistakes. This was unprofessional and left my daughter with a service she paid for but did not receive as promised. You need to make it right, be a professional and return the money as the goods were clearly not received.

“I came in early one morning and the owner was there and had just opened. I just wanted to ask a few questions and schedule but she made time for me that min full Bayalage/with layered cut and I haven’t found any place to do a layer cut right. I was blown away! The color matched perfectly and the layers, wow, it added a lot of volume to my hair and was easy to manage. I ended up taking my daughter there as well for keratin treatments but we moved to NE. Well I came down for a few day visit till July 27, 2026 and I was so hoping to get in but there are no openings. Bummer cause I really found the best place ever and don’t really trust anywhere else. Oh well, maybe next time.“
