“Shout out to Erin and Jo from Texas Direct Roofing & Construction, well the whole dang team they have actually! They helped get my roof, gutters, drains, inside damage from the roof replaced. I had a hell of a time getting approved by my insurance company and if it was not for Erin, Jo, and team. I would still be sitting here with a hole in my roof and with all these storms we've been having.
They came out, when out of there way to help me, extremely communicative, they weren't in your face and bothersome like other companies. They were on top of it all, figurately and literally! This is the type of business you want helping you when your insurance company that you pay so much money to acts like they don't care and wants to deny you service even with obvious damage...Texas Direct was there the entire process and working on my behalf. Got it all resolved and approved so I could get the things that clearly needed to be replaced. They made it less cumbersome, the process to all the things approved, reviewed, and done. They made it easy...thank goodness! I am very particular and they made sure things were done to my liking. I needed that, I paid for that. This is how business should be ran. I will absolutely use them again for any other construction items I need done because I no longer have to worry about a roof!
