“I had PRP after my husband had great success with it . I seriously had to think about where I had the injections . After well over a year I have ZERO and I mean ZERO pain . I had to think about it, in order to remember the procedure was on my shoulder. .Unless I look it up, couldn't tell you which one. I haven’t had any problems at all . That is how amazing this treatment is . We temporarily lived in Vegas at the time and shopped around . We waited till we were back in Texas because the price was more reasonable here. I understand that it can be frustrating when insurance doesn’t always pay for this . Take into consideration if you are missing work , missing out on opportunities because you are in so much pain . It is worth some out of pocket to be able to function normally on a daily basis . I was in a lot of pain and couldn’t do some daily tasks without being in pain. I was so scared because of the needles . He eased my fears . I put on Stevie Wonder in my headphones , closed my eyes, and breathed through it. The next two to three days, I was in pain from the needles . Tylenol and ibuprofen helped . By a week I was starting to feel back to normal . Then, I felt like I had a new shoulder . I am amazed to this day and so thankful !!! If you are in pain , I would HIGHLY encourage you to get a consultation .“
