Mahalia is the BEST! She was so patient, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and all the great things. My daughter was so nervous going in and quite honestly so was I. We have never been through anything like this before and I meticulously did my daughter's hair at home twice and still couldn't get all the nits out. My daughter has hair that is so THICK and so LONG, it would take a true professional to help us with this. Mahalia is an angel! The technician was friendly, professional, and very informative. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process and took the time to clearly explain how everything works. I really appreciated her patience and willingness to answer all of my questions.

Pricilla helped us out and was so amazing even though I had a baby crying and my younger one with me she took great care of us and was super patient and understanding 10/10 service, she was super informative and just a great professional.
