“We had a minor roof leak due to poor work done by another roofer. The leak was around a plastic vent that had been installed by the other roofer. I called Absolute and they came out quickly and made sure to schedule the service prior to expected rain to reduce any additional damage. They also provided instructions on how to dry out the attic to avoid mold where the water came in. They resolved the leak by replacing the plastic vent with a sturdy metal one. They also showed me that we had 2 additional plastic ones that would likely leak in the future. They replaced all 3 the same day. So happy with the prompt work, quality of work and now I don’t have to worry when it rains again.
