We recently noticed a small leak in the Sheetrock from recent storms and leaves that were built up and neglected. “Amazing did our roof recently. I picked them not because they were the cheapest - they weren't, and by a fairly large margin, but for the warranty and Jason's continued assurances about their work/craftsmanship. The (I'm guessing owner) Jason really fought for the business, and kept mentioning craftsmanship and the 10 year warranty, which most roofers do not offer initially. I was also impressed by the fact he refused to run down his competition; it being a very expensive thing, a roof, and me working for the State, I am not made of money; I got several bids one of which was from a friend of his, and he told me honestly that the other guy would do a good job. I did not want to go with the lowest bidder anyway, I wanted it done right not cheaped out/halfa**ed, so I picked Amazing. I knew Amazing did good work, as he did a friend of mine's house recently as well, and having 4 self-pruning pecan trees frequently donating old dead limbs onto my roof, the 10 year warranty seemed like a good idea. I knew from my friend Amazing would make good on their warranty too; he'd had to call him out to do something minor, and they responded quickly. The work began very quickly after we made the deal, the next day in fact. It being a weekend it took his guys a few days to do it, but they did it right, and even fixed a few spots our ex-handyman screwed up on our eaves when he did them for us. Most impressive was the fact they did what they said they'd do, drug the yard for nails, cleaned up well. The few items their boys missed - 2 water bottle lids and an empty pack of Kools - did not bother me in the slightest. Best of all, he's honest in another regard - he did not pad or charge for things he did not use - the actual bill came in lower than our estimate/bid, likely due to us not needing any decking replaced, which he thought we might, but it turned out we don't have decking, we have 1x6s, and they were all good. When we build up our savings enough to do more upgrade/repair projects, he's definitely getting a call, he told me he can do interior ceilings and bathroom renos, and looking at the other reviews, he apparently does windows as well, so likely can do about any house project you have.“
