They also provided instructions on how to dry out the attic to avoid mold where the water came in. They resolved the leak by replacing the plastic vent with a sturdy metal one. They also showed me that we had 2 additional plastic ones that would likely leak in the future. They replaced all 3 the same day. So happy with the prompt work, quality of work and now I don’t have to worry when it rains again.
