I had an exceptionally pleasant experience at the grapevine location. They answered the phones promptly. They were able to get me in for an appointment the very next day. My appointment was at 11, I was in the back at 11. The physician and nurses made me feel very comfortable, she took the time to listen to me thoroughly and addressed all of my concerns. It is refreshing to have a doctor take such a proactive approach to my medical needs. I highly recommend this facility.
