“I used this cleaner for a couple of years without any issues. However, about two months ago, they lost two of my shirts.
Since then, I have spoken with both the employees and the owners multiple times. Each time, I was assured that they would either locate the shirts or reimburse me for the loss.
After a little time the owner reimbursed me for my missing clothing. I appreciate their diligence in looking for the items and reimbursement.”
