Segal's Fine Cleaning

I love segal's! They are consistently amazing. They do a great job for all my cleaning needs, and their service is out of this world. Within a couple of visits, they will know your car and your name. They do drop off and pick up if you are within range, if not they have a very easy drive through location. I have been a customer for years and I will never switch. Keep doing what you are doing!

I took a very large load of clothes and to be laundered. When I dropped off I specifically stated that I didn't want anything dry clean but laundry service. Upon pickup I was surprised to find that the majority of the items had been dry cleaned rather than laundered. This increase my cost quite significantly. At the time I paid the bill and thought it was best just to find another laundry service but after some thought I decided to give Segals a call to express my concerns. The rep was super polite and kind and responded that after looking at the order there were some things that they definitely could of laundered and that she apologized for the miscommunication.
