Hackberry Cleaners

I’d been going to Hackberry for years with no issues so it brings me pain to write this review. I regularly bring 30plus items to this location but the last time I went, my items were returned to me smelling awful, like they had been left in the washing machine overnight and/or like wet dog. They actually recleaned the items twice for me but they smelled the same, if not worse each time. The owner refused to compensate me for the clothing and continued to say nothing in his process had changed. I needed dry cleaning for my two suits for a big weekend of weddings. I needed a rush job because I had less than 24 hours to get them cleaned. The staff originally told me two days but got it done the next day for me. Great experience, I will come back for my future dry cleaning!

I had such a great experience at this dry cleaning store! The service was quick, professional, and very friendly. They handled my gown with real care, and it came back looking fresh, spotless, and perfectly pressed. The staff made me feel welcome right away and even offered helpful advice on fabric care. Prices are fair, and the turnaround time was faster than I expected. It’s rare to find this level of quality and customer service these days—I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to family and friends.
