After going to them to handle the passing of my spouse, in which they were extremely efficient and delicate in the handling of the whole situation, they came out in a timely manner to retrieve my wife when I was at my worst time and really was dependent on them. From that moment they handled everything for me and my family in regards to her. It was very much a relief. I wasn’t in the proper mindset to retrieve my wife’s ashes when the time came so they actually sent my wife’s remains to my sister-in-law for me. The process went so smooth that a couple months later when my mom passed away we called them again to help with taking care of her for us. The process went just as smooth.
