Mom's caregiver styled her hair enough to improve her look, more like Mom.

They patiently walked me through all the paperwork and helped coordinate the burial service with Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park. Because we had pre-planned services with Keller's Old Town Funeral Home & Cremation Service, during such a difficult and emotional time all I needed to do was let the hospital know Keller’s Old Town was handling my mom’s arrangements. Justin also uploaded my mother’s obituary and updates in a very timely manner, offered to transport her urn to Bluebonnet, and made the coordination completely seamless. I truly appreciate all of their help, kindness, and professionalism during one of the saddest times for our family.“

Ms. Rita responded right away and was super nice. I was able to book the venue to celebrate my daughter's high school graduation party. Also another shout out to Mr. Frankie! “Unfortunately I have had the need to to utilize the services of this company twice this year. After going to them to handle the passing of my spouse, in which they were extremely efficient and delicate in the handling of the whole situation, they came out in a timely manner to retrieve my wife when I was at my worst time and really was dependent on them. From that moment they handled everything for me and my family in regards to her. It was very much a relief. I wasn’t in the proper mindset to retrieve my wife’s ashes when the time came so they actually sent my wife’s remains to my sister-in-law for me. The process went so smooth that a couple months later when my mom passed away we called them again to help with taking care of her for us. The process went just as smooth.
