Alex was very helpful and professional. He helped me kepp my 2001 Jenn-Air going strong. He also gave me some helpful adivce about the frezzer seal. Thanks Alex. Would recommend and use again.

Amazing experience, sent Alex (not sure I remember the name correctly!) for service late in the day. I gave the model number and they brought the correct part in case it was what was needed. Very pleased, good experience. I called them because of reviews, glad I did!

Have used their services twice (fridge and dryer) so far in the last 3 months and am satisfied with their work. Booking appointment same day which is great, showed up promptly during window period they gave me, courteous and honest. Will continue to use them.
