Great service. Honest and affordable. It turned out I hadn't shut the door all the way. He could have made up anything and I would have believed him, but he told me I just wasn't using enough force on the door.

You could not ask for a better service experience. I called Steve at 7:15am Saturday morning. Had a appointment confirmation before 9:30am. The tech got here just as he said, diagnosed the issue on my GE refrigerator, had the part with him, was done in short order!Great communications, very knowledgeable tech and overall great job. Will definitely use them again if needed! 10 out of 10!!!!Thanks again Steve.

Oh these guys were great! I thought my fridge had an issue with its cooling system because it was having trouble staying cool, but when they got to my house they told me my door seal just needed to be replaced! They were big on educating me and actually solving the issue -- not just making money. Loved it, thanks guys!
