However, there are concerns regarding payroll issues, with some clients expressing dissatisfaction about being shorted hours or facing delays in receiving checks. Despite the challenges, the commitment to helping individuals remains strong, and many recognize the importance of the services provided.
They are very good and amazing agents. Everybody work in the office. They are good and they help and they Agents name match with the people who work there because they are helping and from one to 10 I give them 100. I love this agent thank you Aljiwari Sanaa.
This company needs to do better!! I am almost never satisfied when it comes down to payroll. These people are always shorting my hours, and if not that then I won’t receive any checks for months. The longest they held my check was for about 2 months and I was evicted from my previous home because of them. I always try waiting for them to fix the issue before I bother them but they never do so I call upset every time. They are horrible!! Me and my mom/client always try calling and it takes forever to get a hold of them, sometimes they will disconnect calls as if office is closed when website shows open til 5p. The stories, the journeys, the challenges faced, and the determination that the people have to continue is amazing. The caregivers that are devoted to their care is God sent. What a blessing!
