HarmonyCares Medical Group provides compassionate care through a team of dedicated physicians who treat patients like family. Many patients appreciate the wonderful bedside manner of their doctors and the convenience of at-home visits. Patients also value the attentive and kind staff, including nurses and physician assistants, who take the time to help them understand ways to improve their health. The staff consistently demonstrates genuine care and makes patients feel important and respected. However, some patients have expressed concerns about the intake department and difficulties reaching coordinators or medical assistants, which can be frustrating. Despite these challenges, patients remain loyal and highly satisfied with the overall quality of care they receive.
Harmony Cares provided care for my husband both at home and at an assisted living facility for almost 2 years. The care provided by NP Shalisa Hall was exceptional. She listened, she diagnosed, she prescribed successful treatment for a variety of complicated issues associated with my husband's Parkinsons disease. Muhammad Abdul Wahab, Patient Coordinator, is also awesome. I never had to wait for a question or an issue to be addressed. His response was always instant and on point. I never once had a problem with any Harmony Cares individual, response or care. I highly, highly recommend this organization for in home and for in facility care.
Dr. Nelson Achu was a wonderful Dr. He explained everything to me and I understood what he was explaining I would it if he can be the one to come to my house & serve me he's a awesome guy Thank You
