HarmonyCares Medical Group provides compassionate care through a team of dedicated physicians who treat patients like family. Many patients appreciate the wonderful bedside manner of their doctors and the convenience of at-home visits. Patients also value the attentive and kind staff, including nurses and physician assistants, who take the time to help them understand ways to improve their health. The staff consistently demonstrates genuine care and makes patients feel important and respected. However, some patients have expressed concerns about the intake department and difficulties reaching coordinators or medical assistants, which can be frustrating. Despite these challenges, patients remain loyal and highly satisfied with the overall quality of care they receive.

I wanted to share how much we appreciate our Nurse Practioner Shalisha Hall is amazing. She takes great care of my mother and really tries to find a solution. She listens to how she feels and doesn't rush through the visit. I just wanted everyone to know how wonderful she is!!
