Had horrible experience with a botched hernia surgery with a Lakeside Physician doctor. After a year of pain I had to switch primary physicians from Lakeside to Dr. Letellier. I’ve never seen another physician P.A. jump on this issue as fast as possible ! They had me x-rays and seeing another surgeon in Fort Worth, Texas within a couple of weeks. They actually cared about me when 2 Lakeside doctors couldn’t have cared less about me. I highly recommend them, they take swift action and LISTEN TO THEIR PATIENTS !

I was a new patient with Dr. Letellier today and I had a great experience. I thought he had a calm tone and good bedside manner. I was at ease being new to the area to find a well run office close to home.
My prescriptions were sent in timely.

Most of the staff is professional and congenial. Generally no issues with scheduling appointments, providers are on time or within 15 minutes with visits. Only issue I have had is with prescriptions and medication prior authorizations - pharmacy has to send information multiple times to get a response.
