“Highly recommend! My AC started making this crazy rattling noise so I first called the HVAC company closest to me. They came out took a 30 second look at it and said the blower motor was out and that it would cost between $750-$1,000 to replace the part. I tried calling them 4 times to set up the home warranty for replacement but they never picked up. I finally (thankfully) called Classic AC. His communication was excellent, he was able to make it out the next day, and he did a proper diagnosis. He quickly found out the blower motor was not bad, it was just not properly secured and the speed settings were maxed out. He did some fine tuning and just like that, the unit functioned and sounded like it should. Just like that, his honesty and due diligence saved me hundreds of dollars.
