About Classic Air Conditioning and Heating
Classic Air Conditioning and Heating is highly recommended. One customer's AC made a crazy rattling noise, and another company incorrectly said the blower motor was out. Classic AC provided excellent communication, came out the next day, and did a proper diagnosis. They found the motor was just not properly secured and the speed settings were maxed out. Their honesty and due diligence saved the customer hundreds of dollars. The service, professionalism, and responsiveness are praised. This man is reasonable, loyal, and honest, and he took excellent care of the customers.
Highly recommend! My AC started making this crazy rattling noise so I first called the HVAC company closest to me. They came out took a 30 second look at it and said the blower motor was out and that it would cost between $750-$1,000 to replace the part. I tried calling them 4 times to set up the home warranty for replacement but they never picked up. I finally (thankfully) called Classic AC. His communication was excellent, he was able to make it out the next day, and he did a proper diagnosis. They replaced our old outdated system with a new Frigidaire unit in May of 2016. We had a minor issue that I had a question about. They came over and took care of it immediately. Classic A/C and Heating is honest, reasonably priced and dependable. Best of all, our electric bill is considerably less than before.
