Thank goodness for Cool Kids! Came out to our house same day and gave us an actual window of time where they were arriving (not just “today”), texted when they were 30 minutes away. Both technicians were highly professional and friendly. Fixed the issue within 45 minutes and the bill was reasonable. We are customers for life!
Excellent communications letting us know when Jason was going to arrive. Very efficient in solving the problem. Haven't received the invoice yet, but presume it will be reasonable.

Second time I’ve used Cool Kids and both time they’ve been great. Both times Lance has been the technician that has come to work on my AC units and both times he’s been great. Lance has been articulate explaining what going on, what needs to be done, and presenting options with recommendations.
Anytime I have an HVAC need, whether it be a preventative maintenance or issues arise I will be sure to call Cool Kids.
