Highly recommend Bill! He was punctual, communicated often, and was honest about our dryer vent not needing service when he came out to look at it. Since it didn’t need it, he didn’t charge, although I would’ve happily paid for his time.

I can’t recommend Bill and his dryer vent cleaning services enough. After leaving him a voicemail he sent me a text within minutes to let me know he was on a job but would get back to me. I scheduled a vent cleaning service because my dryer was taking multiple cycles to dry clothes. After some troubleshooting, I suspected that the dryer is in good shape but the vents needed cleaning.Bill was able to get me on his calendar very quickly. He was prompt and on time, and got right to work. He took the time to educate me a bit while working on the vents. I HIGHLY recommend Bill.Bill was punctual, professional, honest, fair, and communicative.Bill arrived for a scheduled service visit and was a few minutes early. After showing him where the vent was in relation to our dryer, he suspected it may not need cleaning due to being such a short, direct vent. He ran the dryer to test airflow and confirmed that everything looked good, recommending not going through with an unnecessary cleaning, and then didn't charge for the visit. I truly appreciate an honest business and business owner who is upfront when a service isn't needed.
