Customers bought stone between two stores and the team was kind to price match, with really helpful people to get the complete order picked up. One employee drove the forklift and did an outstanding job with a difficult lift, while another was right there to help and guide him all the way. Another customer stopped by to short list tile designs for a bathroom renovation, and an employee pleasantly and patiently helped go over all design and color scheme options, curating a cohesive package that fully resonated. The Chief Executive Merchant and another staff member were absolutely exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure everything was handled perfectly, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
