Very good selection and excellent service from Mill Direct. We hired them to lay beautiful engineered hardwood floors, and a few bathrooms of tile, over our entire house. Their selection was not overwhelming to peruse and had a bit of everything. Jennifer was top notch with her answers to all of our questions, with follow-ups and knowledge. Eric and his crew did such a wonderful job laying the floors, even when they had to replace all of the subfloors throughout the old home. They did a very nice job with our baseboards, trim work and stairs, as well. I would highly recommend them. They're a small business with really good service.

I was devastated after a bathroom overflow flooded two bedrooms, my office and 3 closets. Jim was responsive and quick to help guide me through the insurance process. He immediately got the replacement carpet on order to exactly match. The whole process was reassuring during a time when I was impacted by crisis after crisis. Jim was flexible in scheduling the install, dovetailing with other restoration construction. The installation was performed by honest, experienced professionals.
