Dan and Dixie were amazing! I can be a tough customer being in the high-end decorating business myself. We absolutely LOVE our new floors! I found them to be fair, honest, patient, and very knowledgeable. They were flexible with their scheduling. The tear out and installation went exactly as explained without a problem. Bathroom remodel started the project in May of 2022 and finally finished by December of 2022. Walls installed were not straight in master. Shower floor had to be re-done after discoloration in the grout was a problem. Organizing the workers was poorly managed. Contractor would not communicate any timelines and workers would show up unexpectedly and other times the workers would not show up at all. We had to basically manage the project ourselves. Calls were not returned when questions were asked. 2 bathroom remodel where the countertops were to be the same. That did not work out and had to install different tops due to poor general contractor efforts.
