Phil went to much effort to help me salvage a usb stick downloaded with over 250 paid for iTunes. It would play only 2. He had to download all several times and change formats too each download. He didn’t quit. I made apple turnovers for him as a bonus. They have also rescued us many times with computers. Nice to have good customer service locally,

They are very respectful I would give them a 5 star costumer service. The work is ok! They broke the boarder of my laptop while exchanging the screen on it ,instead of replacing it, it was left brooken and told me that it will be ok I didn't need it and I was told if I didn't like it they would replace it and they did but I had to buy the parts that they broke . As they glued my stylo pen in the phone did not say anything until I try to use it the next day they had to buy me a new pen as They promised me that this $45 baked on screen protector would be perfect for my note 9 as that it went around the screen and it wouldn't lift !! not even a month later I went in to show...read full review

This is the third time I have used this business. Mike was very professional and let me take notes to refer to later. He addressed Iphone 11 lock down, computer, Amazon Fire and wifi issues. My children are very tech savvy but could not help over the phone. I highly recommend Blazing Technology and the rates are very reasonable.
