Blazin' Technology
“My Samsung A15 is currently having a lot of issues. I called Blazing Tech and Alora answered the phone within one ring. Her swiftness to answer the phone made me feel that blazing technology cares about its customers. On picking up the phone , she asked what my name was and how I was doing . This just shows great customer interaction
She walked me through steps of potential solutions to my phone and help me set up a time to visit them in office to have a better solution. I am very satisfied and happy to have such a positive and impactful interaction with Alora.
She definitely deserves employee of the month or raise for sure.”
