Rouz is the best on the island. She listens and respects her customers. She will give you the cut you want. She also advises folks not to do certain treatments that would damage or harm their hair--even if this means she doesn't makes as much money. Rouz is a beautiful warm hearted lady. She will go out of her way to make you an appointment and to make you feel comfortable in her establishment. Great gal, great price and great haircut!!!?
