A mistake was made understanding what I wanted and what I got.It went from$58 to $28 the price I thought I was getting, staff immediately corrected it, no hassle, happy to help me.They are now my new cleaners.Very satisfied!!!

The facility and personnel (Karen and Rose) off Broadway and 23rd were awesome going above and beyond in order to help our family in a pinch. We had an uexpected death in the family and needed some clothing cleaned and starched quickly. They were kind, considerate and extremely hopeful going the extra mile.

I have used a few cleaners in area and Pilgrim takes care. I dropped off my clothes for the second time there and did not give my name. I remembered that I had not told them who I was so I called and she remembered me and had clothes ready early. Thank you!
