Galveston Washateria Laundrymat is a clean and well-maintained facility with new and updated equipment. The staff is friendly and professional, ensuring a pleasant experience for visitors. It is by far the cleanest place on the island to do laundry. The staff is very nice and helpful, though sometimes there is a lack of machines that are working. It is a convenient and cost effective spot with a variety of washer sizes to accommodate different needs. With its cleanliness, functionality, and welcoming atmosphere, this laundromat is a great option for those in need of laundry services.
It was a standard laundrymat with all big boys starting at around $4. There were quite a few machines and dryers that were out of order, and minimal seating available. This visit was on 6/19, and the attendant made a point of expressing her annoyance at the holiday. All in all, the job got done, would consider again if I'm in town and need facilities.
All the equipment here is new and updated. The facility is always clean and the place is well stocked with coins and everything else you need to do your laundry. They will even do your laundry for you for a reasonable fee.
I put the clothes in , put in the soap and fresh booster ,put 33 coins in the machine like usual do when I wash clothes, and I haven't seen any water go into the machine. In a couple of hours I need to be somewhere to do some classes. , but the person that works here was gentle and kind, shaper and honest 0p pop mm,told me she move to the next one, I mean she paid for my washing machine for me. I'm a happy customer.
They need to at least pay this female $15 a hour, to do customer service while she folding clothes is management . I'll keep coming back
