I dont know what the lady above is talking about HOWEVER my mom has been bringing me to PC Optics since I started wearing glasses in grade school, Im 32 years old now and I still go there as well as my daughter. And the costumer service is excellent. You have to be a rude customer to ever leave a review as such.
