My brother was visiting from Louisiana when he suddenly became ill. I knew exactly where to take him — Ms. Edna and the wonderful staff at Baylor Scott & White Health Urgent Care.
He received prompt, compassionate care and is doing so much better now. Thank you all so much! ❤
I went into the clinic to have my blood pressure checked. It and my heart rate were elevated. I’d been in previously for anxiety issues along with heart palpitations. The NP sent in a prescription and I took it around 8:00 pm. At around 10:30 my heart started racing and my BO never down in fact it spiked to 179/100. HR 104. I had to go to Methodist to have them lower my pressures. It seems the side effect of meds prescribed caused rebound tachycardia. It was a long an exhausting night and morning. I normally have good experiences here.
Check-in was easy, friendly staff, atmosphere was inviting & clean facility. Dr. Chi-Hwa listened thoroughly to my symptoms before diagnosing me. Highly recommend! Thank you to everyone for being attentive.
